Wrapping Up

Finishing up the first month of 2021 already! Island railing installation continued. Foundation digging, foundation box construction, rebar installation, and concrete pouring continued. Earth Trades completed their site work and removed their storage trailer. They will wrap up cleaning the construction site, and Randall Companies will complete the last concrete pour of foundations during the first week of February.

January 18, 2021

Island walkway railing completed and island railing installation continues. Early morning foundation concrete pouring occurred.

January 20, 2021

Foundation digging and concrete pouring continued. Island railing installation continued.

Continued building foundation wood frames.

January 25, 2021

Made modifications to island railings where needed. Began preparing to pull turbidity (yellow floaters) from Lake Bennet.

Continued building foundation wood frames.

January 27, 2021

Pulled out the last of the turbidity from Lake Bennet. Prepared rebar for all small foundation frames. An electrical conduit was in the way of a foundation frame, so we will move the pad 1 foot to the west - resulting in its edge being alongside the conduit. Island railings completed.

January 29, 2021

We made adjustments to the pad where the conduit is located by adjusting the foundation boxes, and we added wood where needed. Filled foundation boxes with dirt to bring them up to the correct level specifications. Hammered stakes into the ground for box support
