David Townsend
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Townsend’s experience in the business of real estate, finance, development and marketing spans over 45 years. His broad base of knowledge allows him to stay ahead of the game and keep abreast of the latest business trends. David has proven himself to be highly successful and respected in his chosen field, and he is known for his Mediterranean-inspired Class A mixed-use developments that maximize the use of land and the aesthetics of the structures without compromising the all-important aspects of the financial industry.
The developer currently has 2,800,000 SF of mixed-use product, including retail, office, and apartments under development. He has also been directly involved with the architectural design and the implementation of complete marketing programs on several projects. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Science (BS), degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Marketing from the University of Detroit.
Jean Amm
Chief Engineering & Construction Officer
Mr. Amm has over 33 years of engineering and construction experience in the public and private sectors in the areas of civil engineering, project management, and construction management. He has expertise in commercial, subdivision, and municipal project design. Jean is responsible for all of the firm’s development and construction activities, including site selection and evaluation, due diligence, entitlements, and coordination with governmental agencies. Projects include office, retail, entertainment, condominium, apartment and hotel.
Jean received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University. Jean has his Class a General Contractor’s license from the State of Florida (CGC 061830), which allows him to build any size building.
Brian Robinson
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Robinson has more than 27 years of commercial real estate finance experience in the banking, finance and construction industries.
Brian has worked for several financial institutions where he was primarily responsible for structuring acquisition and development financing facilities for commercial borrowers. Brian’s current responsibilities consist of obtaining financing for acquisition and development projects.
Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting (BBA) from East Tennessee State University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Almeda University. In addition, Brian completed debt and equity placement training through Steven Bradley & Associates.
Elizabeth Townsend
VP, Operations
Miss Townsend started in the Real Estate industry as a seasonal office gofer for her father's development firm in 2002, when she was just 14 years old. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Management from the University of Miami and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing from Full Sail University before she joined the firm full-time as a project analyst in 2015. She quickly took over managing the day-to-day office activities in addition to her various research projects. Recognizing the need to pull her father's firm into the 21st century, she also spearheaded a company-wide transition to a uniform I.T. infrastructure, as well as the implementation of a payroll and HR platform.
As heiress apparent, the future of the company and industry are always key motivators for Miss Townsend's actions. She continues to push her father's firm to adopt new technologies, models, and ideas. While his firm has been successful in the traditional real estate market, Miss Townsend is driven to find a new approach to combat the real estate industry's general inability to keep up with the rapidly changing world around it.
Deanna Snitko
Design Project Manager
Ms. Snitko has over 20 year years of experience in the industries of interior design, marketing, and publishing. She has managed departments as well as businesses, handling all aspects of business activities for national and international companies; participated in the development, design, management, marketing and distribution of national and international publications; she is skilled in AutoCAD space planning and architectural drafting.
Deanna graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design (BFA). Deanna’s current responsibilities consist of overseeing the interior design concept and acquisitions for the company’s projects, as well as the initial marketing concepts for each project.
Giovanna Gutierrez
Marketing Manager
Miss Gutierrez has over 9 years of experience in the industries of higher education, fundraising, and marketing. Giovanna is currently responsible for establishing a communications plan, the creation and design of branded material, the design and maintenance of all company websites, and the curation and copywriting of CCWO News.
Giovanna is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing & Finance and Political Science. She also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.
Yvette Naranjo
Senior Director of Business Development, EB-5
Miss Naranjo has more than 20 years of residential real estate experience with specific focus on sales and investment opportunities.
Yvette worked for several real estate developers where she was primarily responsible for acquiring investors and vetting potential investment opportunities.
In 2013, Yvette joined the team at City Center West Orange as the Director of Business Development. Her main focus is to work with all investors interested in obtaining their permanent residency via the EB-5 program.
Yvette has lived in South Florida since 1986 and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Florida International University. She is continually furthering her knowledge via an array of seminars and webinars hosted by some of the leading figures worldwide.
Meit Shah
EB-5 Business Development Director & Executive Manager
Mr. Shah has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, and Business Development.
In 2014, Meit Joined the City Center West Orange team as an EB-5 Specialist. He works closely with Interested investors who want to obtain a Green Card through the EB-5 Visa program.
Born in India, Meit grew up in Melbourne, Australia. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Biotechnology from Swinburne University of Technology. He has lived in Orlando, FL for nine (9) years.
Meit has been involved in several businesses as well as organized Bollywood concerts. Meit's focus is to ensure the success of City Center West Orange, and to do PR and Marketing worldwide for our EB-5 program. He aims to get more than 200 investors seeking Green Cards through this Program over the next 5 years.
