Dirt & Stone Columns
We've been spreading the piles of dirt along the lakeshore road onto the building pads; compacting it and bringing it to the proper height, so we can continue digging the remaining columns for the CJ Building. We'll dig down 50 feet to place stone columns, build the foundation boxes; add the rebar, and pour more concrete. These are the final foundation pads for the CJ Building that surrounds the parking garage foundations we completed in February.
Site Visits
We had several site visits by our developer, investors, interested parties and staff. The site is quite expansive, even for a drive around!
Raising & Compacting
The dirt is being distributed on the site to raise and compact the soil for additional building foundations.
Raising & Compacting
The dirt mounds have been distributed, flattened and compressed where the rest of the CJ Building foundations will be laid.
Cleaning & Clearing
We finished these two weeks with cleaning the streets from debris and dirt. Next our property maintenance crew will be sent to the construction site to maintain the property and medians; clearing any growth from the construction site and cutting grass along the roadway and within the medians.
