The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for August 2021 has been released by the U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs.
FINAL ACTION DATES:
Unfortunately, with the regional center program on hold, USCIS cannot issue EB-5 visas to petitions associated with a regional center. The final action dates of EB-5 petitions associated with regional centers are listed as “U” unauthorized for all countries. Final action dates for non-regional center EB-5 petitions are still able to be processed. The Final Action Dates for the August 2021 Visa Bulletin for Mainland China, Vietnam and the rest of the world are as follows:
Mainland China:
EB-5 Regional Center: Unauthorized,
EB-5 non-Regional Center: November 15, 2015
Vietnam:
EB-5 Regional Center: Unauthorized
EB-5 non-Regional Center: “C” or current
The rest of the world:
“C” or current for both 5th preference classes (EB-5 Regional Center and non-Regional Center).
Prior Month’s Final Action Dates:
China’s final action date has advanced slightly, moving up one week to November 15, 2015. Vietnam’s final action dates have moved to current, meaning that any Vietnamese Investor, whose petition was not associated with a regional center can receive an EB-5 visa as soon as one is available.
