In February's visa bulletin released by the State Department, there was great news for Vietnam because its final action date for EB-5’s regional center and non-regional center categories advanced two weeks to Oct. 1, 2017.

China’s final action date remained unchanged at Aug. 15, 2015. All other countries, including India, remain current.
