Latest EB-5 news: The EB-5 visa bulletin for June 2020 has been released by the U.S. Department of State — Bureau of Consular Affairs. Here are the upcoming final actions dates and dates for filing.

Final Action Dates:

India: advances three months from October 1, 2019, to January 1, 2020.

Vietnam: advances three weeks from April 1, 2017, to April 22, 2017.

Mainland China: advances two weeks from July 1, 2015, to July 15, 2015.

Dates for Filing:

Mainland China dates for filing remains December 15, 2015.
