EB-5 Visa Bulletin: June 2022

The State Department released its June visa bulletin, announcing that the final action date is current for all EB-5 investor categories with the exception of applicants from Mainland China in the Unreserved category (including C5, T5, I5, R5.) This month Chinese investors had their final action date pushed back to November 22, 2015, and their date of filing to December 15, 2015.
