EB-5 Visa Bulletin: March 2021

On February 23rd, the State Department released its March visa bulletin. As shown in the EB-5 visa bulletin above, the Vietnamese final action date for EB-5’s regional center and non-regional center categories jumped forward about three weeks to Oct. 22, 2017.

Mainland China, however, remains unchanged at Aug. 15, 2015. All others, including India, Mexico and the Philippines, are still current.
