The following are the Final Action Dates for the May 2021 Visa Bulletin for Mainland China, Vietnam and the rest of the world:

Mainland China:

EB-5 Regional Center: August 15, 2015

EB-5 non-Regional Center: August 15, 2015

Vietnam:

EB-5 Regional Center: February 15, 2018

EB-5 non-Regional Center: February 15, 2018

The rest of the world:

“C” or current for both EB-5 Regional Center and non-Regional Center.

Prior Month’s Final Action Dates:

Just like last month, only Vietnam’s final action dates advanced. Vietnam’s Final Action Dates advanced by nearly two months to February 15, 2018, while China’s final action date remained the same.
