New visa bulletin moves India out of backlog!

The July 2020 Visa Bulletin, released by the Department of State, showed a significant advance in the final action date for Indian EB-5 investors with seven months, making EB-5 visa numbers available for all qualified Indian applicants. This means Indian investors currently have no EB-5 visa backlog. For applicants from mainland China and Vietnam, the cut-off dates have moved forward with one week and three weeks, respectively. The rest remains current.
