USCIS Reaffirms Our Regional Center!

We are so happy to share the good news: the United States Customs & Immigration Services decided to reaffirm EB-5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center's designation as an approved EB-5 Regional Center.

This reaffirmation is an acknowledgment of the economic impact our project, City Center West Orange, has on the City of Ocoee and Orlando at large.

Our project has created 632 jobs to-date, including jobs created during one of the most difficult years in recent history.

The 632 jobs support 63 investors' petitions so far. We expect the number of jobs to almost double this year alone! It will bring the total jobs created to more than 1,200, which will in turn support 120 investors. Currently, we have 80 or so investors, and we have almost met the requirements for job creation for all of them.
